Background
This project was created during an AWS Hackathon, where our team of 9 members collaborated to prototype a new AI-powered product within a limited timeframe.
As the only Product Designer, I was responsible for designing the end-to-end product experience. My work included defining the product structure, mapping the user journey, identifying the MVP scope, and designing the core product flows.
Product idea
AI Hire is an AI-powered recruiting assistant that streamlines the hiring process for both candidates and recruiters.
Candidates are guided to create a structured application and apply to relevant roles quickly, while recruiters receive AI-generated insights and recommendations to evaluate candidates more efficiently.
